Actor Vinod Prabhakar has almost completed his latest film ‘Lankasura’ except for a fight. Vinod is busy reducing his weight for this special fight and plans to lose 10 Kgs before the start of the fight.

Meanwhile, the dubbing work for the film is in progress and Vinod Prabhakar has completed his dubbing for his role in the Akash Studios in Bangalore.

One of the highlights of the film is Vinod, son of late Tiger Prabhakar has turned producer with ‘Lankasura’. Vinod has launched a production house called Tiger Talkies and is producing the film under that banner.

‘Lankasura’ was launched last year itself. The film was launched by producer Muniswamy. However, he backed out of the film due to various reasons and Vinod took over the film and is producing it under his wife Nisha’s name.

Vinod will be seen in a different look in this film. For the first time in his career, he will be seen in a bearded look in ‘Lankasura’. Besides Vinod,  ‘Loose Maada’ fame Yogi will be playing a prominent role in this film along with actress Parvathi Arun. ‘Lankasura’ is written and directed by Pramod, while Sugnan is the cinematographer. Vijeyth Krishna is the music director.
