Actor-director Upendra’s new directorial ‘UI’ has been finally launched in the Bande Makalamma Temple in Bangalore on Friday morning in a grand style. The event was attended by many celebrities from Sandalwood.

Shivarajkumar, Geetha Shivarajkumar, Sudeep, Dhananjay, R Chandru, Vasishta Simha, ‘Bahaddur’ Chethan and others were present during the occasion. While, Sudeep sounded the clap for the first shot of the film, Dhananjay switched on the camera.

‘Tagaru’ and ‘Salaga’ fame producer K P Srikanth along with Lahari Films is producing the film.

More details about the cast and crew are yet awaited.
