Actor-director Upendra has said that he will be officially announcing about his new directorial on the 10^th of March.

Last year, Upendra had said that he cannot take up his directorial venture during that time as he was busy with acting commitments. However, during his birthday time (September 18^th), there were speculations that Upendra might return back to direction with a new film called ‘UI’.

During Upendra’s birthday every year, fans urge him return back to direction. A poster from his new film ‘UI’ has surfaced in the social media and had become the talk of the town. But Upendra did not announce any film on his birthday.

Now, Upendra himself has said that he will be announcing his next directorial on 10^th of March. Talking to media persons during the press conference of ‘Home Minister’ the ‘Real Star’ said he will be announcing his new directorial on Thursday (March 10^th).

Upendra is also one of the finest directors of Kannada cinema and has directed films like ‘Shhh’, ‘Om’, ‘A’, ‘Upendra’, ‘Super’, ‘Uppi 2’ amongst others. Uppi as he is fondly known as by his fans has not directed any film in the last six years. His last directorial venture was ‘Uppi 2’ and now fans are quite thrilled to hear news of Upendra directing a new film.
