‘Rocking Star’ Yash’s ‘KGF 2’ is all set to release on the 14^th of April. Meanwhile, Vijay’s ‘Beast’ will be releasing one day before across the globe. But Yash says there is no competition between the two films and he is sure that the fans will watch both the films.

Speaking during the trailer of ‘KGF 2’ held on Sunday, when asked about the tiff between the two films at the box-office, the ‘Rocking Star’ said it is not KGF 2 VS Beast but KGF 2 and Beast at the box-office.

‘This is not an election where only one emerges as the winner. This is cinema. I would not like to call it as KGF 2 VS Beast, but would like to call it as KGF 2 and Beast. Vijay sir is such a big star, who has been entertaining people for so long. I am sure fans will watch both our films. Let us celebrate Indian cinema together’ said Yash.

Meanwhile, the trailer of ‘KGF 2’ which was released on Sunday has created a new record by becoming the highest ever viewed Indian trailer in just one day surpassing ‘RRR’, ‘Radhe Shyam’ and other films. The trailer has garnered 109 plus million views in just one day.

‘KGF 2’ stars Yash, Srinidhi Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and others in prominent roles. The film is written and directed by Prashanth Neel, while Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films is the producer.
