The speculations have finally come true. There was news that Mike Tyson, who is called the ‘The Baddest Man on Planet’, would be acting in Vijay Devarakonda’s new film ‘Liger’ being directed by Puri Jagannath. Now the team itself has announced that Mike Tyson will indeed be making a special appearance in the film.

Internationally acclaimed boxer Mike Tyson is all set to make his first appearance on Indian screens. The man who created history in the field of Boxing is on board of ‘Liger’. The team has officially announced that the Legendary Boxer is a part of the film.

Vijay Deverakonda recently took to twitter to announce the inclusion of the greatest boxer in the film. ‘We promised you Madness! We are just getting started. For the first time on Indian screens, joining our mass spectacle ‘Liger’, The Baddest Man of the Planet, The God of Boxing, The Legend, The Beast, The Greatest of all time! Iron Mike Tyson’ wrote the actor.

‘Liger’ marks the first collaboration of Vijay Devarakonda and Puri Jagannath. The film will feature Vijay Devarakonda as a mixed martial arts fighter. The film is shot in Telugu and Hindi and will be dubbed in Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam. The film stars Vijay Devarakonda, Ananya Pandey, Ramya Krishna, Makrand Deshpande and others in prominent roles. The film is jointly produced by Karan Johar, Charmee Kaur, Apoorva Mehta, Hirro Yash Johar and Puri Jagannath. The shooting for the film post lockdown has already started and recently Vijay Devarakonda shared a photo of his in the sets.
