‘Sandalwood King’ Shivarajkumar who was in Mysore for the pre-release event of his latest film ‘Bhairagee’ visited the sets of ‘Upadhyaksha’ in Mysore on Saturday.

Shivarajkumar along with Dhananjay, Pruthvi Amber and others left Bangalore to Chamarajanagara for the pre-release event of the film. Meanwhile, the team learnt that the shooting for the film is in progress in Mysore. So, Shivarajkumar and others visited the shooting spot and spent time with the ‘Upadhyaksha’ team. They also wished Chikkanna for making his debut as a hero.

‘Upadhyaksha’ was launched in Bangalore last Friday at the Sri Banashankari Temple in Bangalore. The team left for Mysore immediately and is shooting for the film for the last one week. The team is expected to complete the shooting by August and release the film by year end.

The film is directed by Anil Kumar of ‘Kaneyadavara Bagge Prakatane’ and ‘Rambo 2’ and produced by Umapathi Srinivasa Gowda under D N Cinemas. The film is a sequel to Sharan starrer ‘Adhyaksha’ which was released in 2014.

‘Upadhyaksha’ stars Ravishankar, Tabla Nani, Sadhu Kokila, Karisubbu, Dharmanna and others in prominent role. Small screen actress Malaika is making her debut as a heroine with this film.
