Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan on Thursday morning visited his son Aryan Khan at the Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai.

Aryan was arrested in connection to drugs seized on a cruise by the Narcotics Control Bureau in October first week. Aryan has been in jail for the last 15 days and on Wednesday (October 20), the special NDPS court rejected Aryan’s bail plea. The Court observed that Aryan has been indulging in illicit drug activities on a regular basis. Following this, the Court extended the Judicial Custody of Aryan and others till October 30th.

Immediately, after the bail was rejected by the NDPS Court, Aryan Khan’s lawyers moved the Bombay High Court. As the first week of November will be a vacation for the Court because of Diwali, the lawyers are attempting for an early hearing and the procurement of the bail.

After the bail was rejected, Shahrukh on Thursday visited the Arthur Road Jail and met his son. This is the first meeting of the father-son duo since Aryan was arrested on the 03rd of October. Last week, Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan had spoken to Aryan through a video call.
