‘Kirik Party’ fame Samyuktha who is waiting for the release of ‘Thurthu Nirgamana’ has signed yet another film called ‘Kreem’. The film being directed by debutante Abhishek Basanth is scripted by Agni Sridhar.

The title of the film was unveiled recently and the film is all set to go on floors soon.

Samyuktha Hegde says she plays a female hero in this film. ‘This is a character, which I have not played so far in my career. I am excited and looking forward to play the role’ says Samyuktha Hegde.

Agni Sridhar says this is not like his previous films and is based on real life elements. ‘This is a heroine oriented film and the title is based on a Sanskrit word. When we were searching for a suitable heroine, someone mentioned Samyuktha’s name. When she came to meet me, I told her to do kick boxing with the director. I was very much surprised to see her immediately get ready to kick the director. I thought she is apt for the role and that’s how she got into the film’ said Agni Sridhar.

‘Kreem’ is set to go on floors in the month of April and is expected to hit the screens during September. Rohan, Arjun Sagar and others play prominent roles in the film being produced by D K Devendra under Samvardhini Productions.
