Well known actor, director and playwright S N Sethuram is back by to small screen with new television serial called ‘Yuganthara’ for Siri Kannada channel.

The new serial will be aired from the 23rd of May at 9.30 PM.

S N Sethuram had made his debut as an actor in T N Seetharam’s ‘Mayamruga’ became a household name with his different mannerism and style of dialogue delivery. After acting in a couple of other serials, he switched over to direction with ‘Manthana’. He also directed another serial called ‘Anaavarana’. Off late, the actor has been busy directing some plays in the recent times and is now back with Yuganthara’.

 The serial revolves around a District Collector called Arundhathi played by Divya Karanth. What all the trials and tribulations she faces in her personal as well as professional life is the crux of the serial. Like his previous serials, ‘Yuganthara’ also talks about the hardships the middle class people faces, corruption and other issues.

Apart from ‘Yuganthara’, Siri Kannada is all set to launch two more serials from the 23rd of May. ‘Rajiya Ram’ directed by Sudhakar Reddy will be aired at 7.30 PM; ‘Marethu Hodavaru’ directed by Madhusudan will be aired at 9 PM.
