S S Rajamouli’s epic film ‘RRR’ has finally crossed the 1000 crore mark as it entered the third week of its release. ‘RRR’ is the third Indian film to cross the landmark after Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ and Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’.
‘RRR’ was released on the 25th of March and had become a huge hit all over. The film has collected 1000 crores worldwide, with 800 crores coming from India alone. The Hindi version of the film is alone said to have 214 crores hereby becoming a blockbuster.

‘RRR’ is produced by D V V Danayya under his DVV Entertainments banner. Rajamouli’s father K V Vijayendra Prasad has scripted the film. M M Keeravani is the music director, while Senthil Kumar is the cameraman.
RRR’ is the fictitious story based on two great freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. The film is set in the 1920s Pre-Independent India. While, Ramcharan Teja is seen in the role of Alluri Seetharama Raju, Junior NTR has played Komaram Bheem. Aalia Bhatt, Ajay Devgan and others are also a part of the star cast.
