‘Crazy Star’ Ravichandran’s latest directorial ‘Ravi Bopanna’ which is a remake of Malayalam hit ‘Joseph’ is all set to hit the screens on the 12th of August across Karnataka.
Ravichandran’s last directorial was ‘Apoorva’, which was released in 2016. After that Ravichandran had announced another film called ‘Rajendra Ponnappa’ which is yet to be completed. Meanwhile, the actor-director started ‘Ravi Bopanna’ in 2019 and the film was completed by last year. However, due to various reasons the film got delayed and is now ready for released. Now after a gap of six years, Ravichandran’s directorial is being released in the second week of August.
One of the highlights of the film is, ‘Kichcha’ Sudeep will be playing a prominent guest role in the film. Sudeep will be seen in the role of an advocate in this film, originally played by Nedumudi Venu. Apart from Ravichandran and Sudeep, Ramakrishna, Kavya Shetty, Lakshman and others play prominent roles in the film.
The teaser of the film has already been released and the trailer of the film is likely to be released on the first week of August. Ravichandran is not only the actor and director of ‘Ravi Bopanna’, but has also produced the film under his Eshwari Productions which is celebrating 50 years this year.
