Viewers who missed watching Ranveer Singh’s ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ when released last month in theaters, may now watch it in OTT. The film is now available in Amazon Prime

‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ got a very good response from the audience when released in theaters on May 13th. The critics praised the film for its sensitive subject and narration. However, the film failed to record good collections at the box-office.

Ranveer Singh had pinned a lot of hopes on the film and believed that it will change the definition of heroism on screen. ‘‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ is undoubtedly a film with the biggest heart in my body of work. It will make people laugh, cry, ponder and feel really, really warm when they see a feel-good film whose hero is the most innocent and honest person that you have met in a long, long time’ said Ranveer Singh in an earlier interview. But the film was termed a big time flop at the box-office.

‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ also stars Shalini Pandey of ‘Arjun Reddy’ fame. Bomani Irani, Ratna Pathak Shah and others play prominent roles in the film being directed by debutante Divyang Thakkar and produced by Maneesh Sharma.

‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ is one of the four films acquired by Amazon Prime Video from India’s biggest production house Yash Raj Films. The films include ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’, ‘Shamshera’, ‘Prithviraj’, and ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’. Of the four, three films have already been released in Amazon Prime and ‘Prithviraj’ which was released on the 03^rd of June in theaters is likely to release in Amazon Prime in June itself.
