Rakshit to donate 5 percent of the profit in the name of Charlie

Rakshit Shetty starrer ‘777 Charlie’ has completed 25 days in box-office. Meanwhile, Rakshit has decided to donate 5 percent of the profit in the name of Charlie.

Team ‘777 Charlie’ on Monday organized a press conference to celebrate the 25 days of the film. Meanwhile, Rakshit announced the collections of the film.

‘The film has collected 150 crores gross, out of which 90 to 100 crores is the profit from the collections as well as from the various rights we sold. Out of the total profit, I would like to donate 5% in the name of Charle and 10% to the cast and crew who have worked day and night for shaping up this film’ said Rakshit Shetty.

The 5% includes donation to NGOs across the country that have been dedicatedly working towards the welfare of the Indie dogs and animals. Rakshit says this is the only way to celebrate the success of the film.

‘777 Charlie’ was released in 350 theaters across the globe on the 10th of June. The film got good mouth to mouth publicity from the audience and the film was expected to reach the 100 crore club mark. Likewise, the film has got a good profit and Rakshit has decided to use it for good purpose. Rakshit had also shared the profits of ‘Kirik Party’ along with his cast and crew.

The film stars Rakshit Shetty, Sangeetha Sringeri, Raj B Shetty, Danish Sait and others play prominent roles in the film. Popular Kollywood actor Bobby Simha is seen in a guest role in the film. ‘777 Charlie’ is directed by debutante Kiranraj and produced by Rakshit Shetty and and GS Guptha under the Paramvah Studios.
