It was Darshan, who gave a big break to Rachita Ram by launching her through his production house in ‘Bulbul’. After that, Rachita paired up with Darshan once again in ‘Ambarisha’. Now after almost five years, the duo will be seen together in ‘Kranti’.
‘Kranti’ (The Revolution) is Darshan’s 55th film as an actor and is produced by Shylaja Nag and B Suresha under the Media House Banner. The film is directed by music director turned director V Harikrishna. The film was officially launched on Friday on the occasion of Vijayadashami Festival.
The launch was held in a temple in Bangalore and Member of Parliament Sumalatha Ambarish, actor-director V Ravichandran, Abhishek Ambarish and others were present on the occasion. While, Sumalatha sounded the clap for the first shot of the film, Ravichandran switched on the camera.
‘Kranti’ is a PAN-Indian film, which will be shot in Kannada and will be dubbed in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malyalam. The shooting for the film will commence soon and more details about the cast and crew are yet to be divulged.
