Puneeth Rajkumar’s last film ‘Gandhada Gudi’ to release on Oct 28th

Puneeth Rajkumar’s dream project ‘Gandhada Gudi’, a film about Karnataka’s wildlife is all set to release on the 28th of October in theaters on the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava.

Puneeth has been working on the documentary which explores Karnataka’s wildlife and adventurous journey of the actor along with wildlife photographer and filmmaker Amoghavarsha. The film was said to be a documentary based on the wildlife of Karnataka. However, Amoghavarsha says that it is not a documentary or short film, but a full length feature film with a run time of 90 minutes.

Puneeth is said to have featured in a full length role in this film and this will be Puneeth’s last film as an actor. The film is also said to have music and Ajaneesh Lokanath is said to have composed the music and background music for the film.

‘Gandhada Gudi’ is the dream project of Puneeth Rajkumar and has been in the making for the last two years. Puneeth along with Amoghavarsha has been exploring many part of Karntaka for this venture and had planned to release the teaser on the 01st of November in 2021 coinciding with Karnataka Rajyotsava. However, due to his untimely death, the film is releasing on the 28th of October on the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava.

Earlier, the teaser was released on the 06th of December coinciding with the birthday of Puneeth’s mother Parvathamma Rajkumar. The teaser had crossed 3M Views in just two days.
