Prashanth Neel requests ‘KGF 2’ fans not to promote piracy

The countdown for this year’s most anticipated film ‘KGF 2’ has started and the film will be releasing in few hours. Meanwhile, director Prashanth Neel has requested fans of the film not to promote piracy.

The acclaimed director took to social media to request fans not to take photos and videos of the film and post them online. Prashanth has said that the fight against piracy starts with the people and has urged them to say no to piracy.

‘8 years of blood, sweat and tears have gone into bringing you all ‘KGF’. We urge you all not to take videos while watching ‘KGF 2’ in the cinemas and upload it on the internet. Let’s all experience the grandiose of ‘KGF’ in the cinemas only not spoil it for others waiting to watch in the theaters’ said Prashanth Neel in his tweet.

The team has set up a special Anti Piracy Control Room and the director has urged the fans to report piracy.

‘KGF 2’ stars Yash, Srinidhi Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and others in prominent roles. The film is written and directed by Prashanth Neel, while Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films is the producer.
