Pramod’s new film ‘Bond Ravi’ was announced on the occasion of Ugadi festival recently. Now, the film has been launched officially on Thursday morning at the Kanteerava Studios in Bangalore.

Sandalwood actors Dhruva Sarja and Vinod Prabhakar came in over as the chief guests for the event. While, Vinod Prabhakar sounded the clap for the first shot, Dhruva Sarja switched on the camera and wished the team a huge success.

Pramod will be seen in the titular role of ‘Bond Ravi’ in this film. The film is touted to be an emotional thriller. Pramod says he will be playing the role of Puneeth Rajkumar’s fan in this film. ‘The role is inspired by Puneeth’s Bond Ravi role in ‘Anna Bond’ and I play his diehard fan in this film’ says Pramod.

The film marks the debut of Prajwal as a director who had earlier assisted directors S Mahendar, Kantha Kanhalli and Prashanth Raj in their previous films. Prajwal apart from directing, has also scripted the film.

‘Bond Ravi’ stars Pramod, Ravi Kale, Dharma, Vijay Chendur, Shobharaj and others in prominent roles. Kaajal Kunder who had earlier acted in ‘Maaya Kannadi’ is the heroine of the film.

The film has music by Manomurthy, while K S Chandrashekhar is the cinematographer. The film is being produced by Narasimhamurthy.
