Srimurali starrer ‘Madagaja’ might not had a great run at the box-office, but has been a money spinner to producer Umapathy Srinivas Gowda. To mark the success, the team had organized a success event recently and honoured the artistes and technicians who worked for the film.

‘Madagaja’ was released on December 03^rd 2021. The film got a good opening on the first day. But due to mixed reviews the film slowed down and was out of theaters after two weeks. The film was then released in Amazon Prime.

Though the film did not do a great business at the box-office, Umapathy Srinivas Gowda had announced even before the release that he is safe and whatever he will get from theaters will be added profits. According to that, the producer booked profits in a few days from theaters. To mark this, a success event was organized and Srimurali, Ashika Ranganath, Chikkanna, Rangayana Raghu, Shivaraj K R Pet and others celebrated the occasion.

‘Madagaja’ stars Srimurali along with Ashika Ranganath, Jagapathi Babu, Devayani, Chikkanna, Shivaraj K R Pet and others in prominent roles. Mahesh of ‘Ayogya’ fame is the director, while Ravi Basrur has composed the songs and background music for the film.
