Senior actor Mohan Juneja who has acted in more than 150 films in a career spanning three decades has died on Saturday morning. He was 54 and leaves behind two sons and wife.
Mohan Juneja came to Kannada film industry in the 1990s and went on to act in 100s of films. He also acted in the tele serial ‘Vataara’ which was aired in Udaya TV. He became a household name with that serial and got a lot of offers from the Kannada film industry.
His very famous role was in Ganesh’s ‘Chellata’. Mohan acted in the role of Madhumaga and the role went on to become a huge hit. After that the actor was in seen in many films. He was most seen in comic as well as villainous roles. He acted as a drunkard in many films. His last film was Yash starrer ‘KGF 2’, which was released on the 14th of April.
Mohan was suffering from liver related problems in the last few years and was under medication. He was admitted to a private hospital in Bangalore on Friday night and the actor breathed his last early Saturday morning.
Many celebrities including Ganesh and others have mourned the death of the senior actor.
