One of the most anticipated films in India currently is Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa 2’. The film was officially launched on Monday in Hyderabad and the film will hit the screens in 2023.
‘Pushpa’ was released on the 17th of December worldwide. The film got a humongous response and collected more than Rs 300 crores in India. The film was said to release in two parts. After the first part became a huge hit, expectations on the sequel is on the rise. So, director Sukumar and his team took a lot of time to rewrite the script. Now Sukumar has locked the script and is ready to go on floors soon.
Meanwhile, the film was launched on Monday in a simple ceremony held in Hyderabad. Allu Arjun was not present during the occasion as he was busy attending the Indian Independence Day celebrations in America.
‘Pushpa 2’ is an action thriller written and directed by Sukumar. Allu Arjun plays the titular role of Pushpa Raj alias Pushpa, Rashmika Mandanna, Dhananjay, Fahadh Faasil and others play prominent roles in the sequel. ‘Pushpa 2’ is a PAN-Indian film and is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner. Devi Sri Prasad aka DSP will be composing the music for the film.
