Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa’ has done great business all over. The Hindi version itself has created a record of sorts by collecting more than 70 crores in India, which is said to be the highest for a South Indian film to be dubbed in Hindi. Now the Hindi version is all set to release on the 14th of January.
Amazon Prime which has acquired the OTT rights of ‘Pushpa’ started streaming the film from 07th of January. Though Amazon Prime had the rights of five language versions including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi, only four language versions were released.
The real reason why the Hindi version was not released was it is making good collections theatrically. The Hindi version is said to have collected more than 70 crores in North India market and that is the reason for the postponement of Hindi version in OTT. Now the film Hindi version is all set to release on the 14th of January.
‘Pushpa: The Rise’ is an action thriller written and directed by Sukumar. Allu Arjun plays the titular role of Pushpa Raj alias Pushpa, Rashmika Mandanna, Dhananjay, Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj and others play prominent roles in the film. The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner.
