Well known actor and Dr Vishnuvardhan’s son-in-law Aniruddh Jatkar was recently thrown out of out of Zee Kannada’s ‘Jothe Jotheyali’ for various reasons. Now there is news that the actor has been banned for two years from small screen.
Aniruddh reprised the role of Aryavardhan in ‘Jothe Jotheyali’. The serial which was launched three years ago topped the TRP charts. However, Aarur Jagadish the producer and director of the serial has said that he has faced a lot of problems and incurred losses because of Aniruddh. He has even complained about Aniruddh’s behavior to Karnataka TV Producers Association for which the Association has decided to ban the actor for two years.
However, the Association’s president Bhaskar says that it is not a ban. ‘We have not told anywhere that Aniruddh has been banned for two years. We have just said that the makers of ‘Jothe Jotheyali’ have faced a lot of problems from Aniruddh. We don’t want others to have the same experience. So, we have requested other producers and channels refraining from working with him. Aniruddh can act in a serial produced by him. But we don’t want others to have the same bad experience like Jagadish’ says Bhaskar.
When asked about the indirect ban on him for two years in small screen, Aniruddh said that instead of banning him, the responsible people should have tried to solve the problems. ‘I will do whatever has been written in my destiny. I don’t bother about all these bans. However, before taking such a decision, the Association should have tried to do a meeting with both the parties concerned and could have tried to solve the problem. But they have not done so’ says Aniruddh.
