‘Golden Star’ Ganesh who is riding high on the success of his latest film ‘Gaalipata 2’ says that he didn’t find any story in the film and didn’t understand anything after reading the script.

Ganesh was speaking during the success meet of ‘Gaalipata 2’ held recently. ‘Yogaraj Bhatt had sent the screenplay in PDF format. I usually sleep at 10 PM in the night, but couldn’t sleep that night, because I didn’t understand anything after reading the script. Actually speaking, I didn’t find any particular story there. I called him at 12 AM in the night and asked what the story was? I told him I couldn’t understand anything from the script he sent me and decided to do the film as I believe him’ says Ganesh.

Ganesh says the interval block was different from what has been shown in the film. ‘If we had attempted to do that interval block, we wouldn’t have completed the film till now. The episode was very difficult and Yogaraj Bhatt decided to change it. One of the best thing about him is, he has lot of options and somehow manages to bring it correctly on celluloid. It all happens because of his madness’ opines Ganesh.

‘Gaalipata 2’ was released on 12^th August in Karnataka and overseas and is doing roaring business. Apart from being a success, Ganesh is getting good appreciation for his performance in the film. One of the highlights is, Ganesh has bounced back once again after five consecutive flops. ‘Gaalipata 2’ stars Ganesh, Diganth, ‘Lucia’ Pavan Kumar, Ananth Nag, Sharmila Mandre, Vaibhavi Shandilya, Nishvika Naidu, Rangayana Raghu and others in prominent roles. The film is written and directed by Yogaraj Bhatt and is produced by Ramesh Reddy under Suraj Productions.
