Shivarajkumar’s most anticipated film and his 125^th film as an actor ‘Vedha’, which is being directed by A Harsha is all set to hit the screens on the 23^rd of December, on the occasion of Christmas.

‘Veda’ marks the debut of Shivarajkumar’s wife Geetha Shivarajkumar to film production. Geetha Shivarajkumar was supposed to produce Shivarajkumar’s 100^th film a few years back. Due to various reasons the film could not happen and now Geetha Shivarajkumar has launched a production house called Geetha Pictures and is producing Shivarajkumar’s 125^th film.

The shooting for ‘Vedha’ is currently in progress in HMT and is expected to be completed by August after which the post-production will start. The team has planned to release the film on the 23^rd of December. Earlier, it was said that Rakshit Shetty’s ‘Sapta Sagaradaache Ello’ might also release on the same date. It has to be seen whether both the films will clash in the box-office or not?

Zee Studios has officially collaborated with Shivarajkumar’s 125^th film ‘Vedha’ and will be backing the multilingual film to be simultaneously released in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu.

‘Vedha’ is a periodic thriller sets in the 1960s and has a tagline of ‘The Brutal 1960s. The film is being directed by A Harsha. Gaanavi Laxman and Shwetha Chengappa play prominent roles in the film. Arjun Janya is the music composer. K
