Darshan’s new film ‘Kranti’ is in the post-production stage. Meanwhile, a new poster of the ‘Challenging Star’ has been released on Friday on the auspicious occasion of Sri Varmahalakshmi festival.
The new poster showcases Darshan dribbling a basket ball. The poster says ‘Learn to fight alone’ and has been viral in the social media.
If sources are to be believed, Darshan plays the role of an NRI Businessman who fights to protect Government schools. The film talks about the current education system and how an NRI businessman fights against all odds to promote Government schools.
The team of ‘Kranti’ recently shot songs and couple of major sequences for the film. The shooting for the film is complete and Darshan has already completed his dubbing for the film. The post-production is in progress and the film is likely to hit the screens by this year end.
‘Kranti’ (The Revolution) is Darshan’s 55th film as an actor and is produced by Shylaja Nag and B Suresha under the Media House Banner. The film is directed by music director turned director V Harikrishna. The film stars Darshan, Rachita Ram, Ravichandran, Sumalatha Amabrish, Mukyamantri Chandru, Achyuth Kumar, Umashri and others in prominent roles.
‘Kranti’ is a PAN-Indian film, which will be shot in Kannada and will be dubbed in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam.
