The team of Dhruva Sarja’s new film ‘Martin’ is in Kashmir to shoot some major portions including a chase and romantic scenes in a 16 day schedule.
The shooting for ‘Martin’ started last year and the team intended to complete the film in January. Due to a delay, the shooting is expected to complete in April. Meanwhile, the team is currently in Kashmir to shoot some major sequences including a chase and some romantic scenes between Dhruva Sarja and Vaibhavi Shandilya.
Snow bikes have been used for chases and these sequences is said to be the highlight of the film. The team is shooting in a freezing temperature of 7 degrees.
The team will be returning back to Bangalore by the end of next week. With this, 70 percent of the film will be complete and the team intends to complete the rest in Bangalore and other places.
‘Martin’ marks the return of A P Arjun and Dhruva Sarja to silver screen after a gap of nine years. It was A P Arjun who introduced Dhruva Sarja to Kannada film industry with his ‘Addhuri’. Though the film was a huge success, the two could not work again due to various reasons. Now Dhruva is back with his mentor once again.
The film stars Dhruva Sarja, Vaibhavi Shandilya, Sukrutha Wagle, Chikkanna and others in prominent roles. The film is being produced by Uday Mehta. Satya Hegade is the cinematographer, while Mani Sharma is the music director.
‘Martin’ is a PAN-Indian film which is all set to release in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi simultaneously.
