Dr Rajkumar’s grandson and Ramkumar’s on Dheeren Ramkumar’s debut film as a hero; ‘Shiva 143’ being directed by Anil Kumar is all set to release on the 26^th of August across Karnataka.

‘Shiva 143’ was launched in 2019 with a different name. The film was earlier titled as ‘Daari Tappida Maga’. The title was derived from Dr Rajkumar’s hit film with the same title. However, fans of the late actor opposed in titling the film. So, ‘Daari Tappida Maga’ was renamed as ‘Shiva 143’. The film is a remake of Telugu hit ‘RX 100’ starring Kartikeya Gummakonda, Payal Rajput, Ramki, Rao Ramesh and others.

Dheeren says he was bowled over by the storyline and wanted to be a part of the film as the film has all the commercial ingredients required for a newcomer. He made a complete transformation for the film and has acted in it. Dheeren who has pinned a lot of hopes on the film is looking forward for the release of the film.

Anil Kumar of ‘Rambo 2’ fame says he was a late entrant to the team. ‘When I entered the team, everything was finalised. I just had to direct it. This is not a film based on rowdism, but a love story with mass elements. The film is all about protecting one’s love. This is not an exact remake of ‘RX 100’. We have changed a lot according to nativity here’ says Anil Kumar.

‘Shiva 143’ is produced by Jayanna , Bhogendra and Dr Soori under Jayanna Combines. The film stars Dheeren Ramkumar, Manvitha Kamath, Chikkanna, Sadhu Kokila and others. Arjun Janya is the music composer.

Recently, the character introduction teaser of Dheeren was released by Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar.
