After ‘Ombattane Dikku’ which was released early last year, Dayal was busy directing films in Telugu and Tamil. Now the filmmaker is back with his latest offering ‘Kapati’. This time Dayal is only producing the film and has given a chance for others to direct under his production.

The first look of ‘Kapati’ was released on the auspicious day of Vijayadashami.

‘Kapati’ is a psychological thriller and stars Sukrutha Wagle in lead role. Dev Devaiah, Sathvik Krishnan, Shankar Narayana, Pavan Venugopal and others are playing prominent roles in the film. Sathish Rajendran is the cinematographer, while Johan Shevanesh is the music composer.

The film is being directed by debutant duo Ravi and Chethan. Dayal says the reasons why he is backing the film are only the content and the freshness in the script. The film is under production and will hit the theaters soon.

Dayal had recently directed ‘Kondraal Paavm’ and ‘Maruthi Nagar Police Station’ and is working on a Kannada script which will be announced soon.
