Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherjee starrer ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’, which has been delayed due to the pandemic various times, is finally ready for release. The film will be releasing on the 19th of November across the country.
The teaser of ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ was released on Friday in the YRF channel of YouTube and the release date of the film has also been announced in the teaser.
‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ is the sequel to the most successful ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ which was released in 2005. Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee played the role of Bunty and Babli to perfection and the film went on to become a huge success. Now Saif Ali Khan has replaced Abhishek Bachchan as Bunty in the sequel.
This is the third film of Saif and Rani together after ‘Hum Tum’ and ‘Ta Ra Rum Pum’. The duo is acting together after a gap of 12 years. This time Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari wagh has also joined the team as Junior Bunty and Babli. ‘BB2’ is a crime comedy and is directed by Varun Sharma. Aditya Chopra has written the story apart from producing the film under the Yash Raj Films banner.
