Bobby Simha back to Kannada with Raghu Kovi’s debut film

Acclaimed actor Bobby Simha who was last seen in a pivotal role in Rakshit Shetty’s ‘777 Charlie’ is back to Kannada again. This time the actor will be seen in a guest yet prominent role in Raghu Kovi’s directorial debut which is yet to be titled.

Raghu Kovi who had worked as an Associate Director for many directors including K V Raju, Shashank and others earlier is all set to make his directorial debut. Raghu has associated with ‘Dilmaar’ Ram for his first venture.

Recently, Raghu Kovi, Ram and others met Bobby Simha and narrated the story to him and the actor has given his consent to act in the film. Though Bobby’s role in the film is not yet divulged. He is said to be playing a very different role.

The shooting for this untitled film is in progress and will be made at a pan Indian level. The film which will be simultaneously released in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi is being jointly produced by Nikul Desai along with a production house from Karnataka.

The film is based on a real incident and the shooting is currently in progress. ‘Yuvaratna’, ‘Rajkumara’ fame cameraman Venkatesh Anguraj is the cinematographer. The rest of the star cast and the technicians along with the title will be revealed soon.
