Arjun Kapoor’s ‘The Lady Killer’ was announced last year itself. But due to various reasons the film got delayed and is expected to start soon. Meanwhile, Bhumi Pednekar has joined the team as the heroine for Arjun Kapoor.

‘The Lady Killer’ is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Shailesh R Singh and directed by Ajay Bahl. The film is said to be a small town Casanova, who will fall in love with Self-destructive beauty.

Last year, Arjun Kapoor announced the film along with a poster. ‘Is me Thrill Hai, Romance Hai, Emotion Hai, Susupense Hai … presenting to you, The Lady Killer. A thrilling, nerve-racking love story and my most ambitious film yet’ said Arjun.

Last year, Arjun’s three films including ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’, ‘Sardar Ka Grandson’ and ‘Bhoot Police’ got released in OTT. The actor has completed ‘Ek Villain Returns’ and is looking forward for the commencement of ‘The Lady Killer’.

Meanwhile, Bhumi has four films lined up for release this year including ‘Badhaai Do’, ‘Govinda Naam Mera’, ‘Raksha Bandhan’ and ‘Bheed’.
