Post ‘Pushpa’, Tollywood actor Allu Arjun has become a star across the nation and there is a huge demand for his films particularly in North India. Fans who are waiting for an Allu Arjun film is in for a treat, as the Hindi version of his previous film ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ is all set to hit the screens on the 26th of January in North India.
It’s exactly one month, since ‘Pushpa’ got released. The film has done great business all over; particularly the Hindi version itself has fetched more than 80 crores which is said to be the highest for a South Indian film to be dubbed in Hindi. With Allu Arjun becoming a known face in the Northern India circuit, there is a huge demand for his films and to encash it, previous films of Arjun are being dubbed and released in Hindi.
The first among such films is ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’, which was released in 2020. The film starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde was a super hit at the box-office. The film was written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, while Allu Aravind and S Radhakrishna produced the film. The film had an ensemble star cast including Tabu, Jayaram, Sushanth, Nivetha Pethuraj and others. The film will be released in North India.
Meanwhile, ‘Pushpa’ is being streamed in Amazon Prime in five language versions including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ is an action thriller written and directed by Sukumar. Allu Arjun plays the titular role of Pushpa Raj alias Pushpa while Rashmika Mandanna, Dhananjay, Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj and others play prominent roles in the film.
