Chiranjeevi Sarja’s last film as a hero, ‘Raja Marthanda’ being directed by Ramnarayan is all set to release in the month of June. Meanwhile, the team has decided to erect a 101 feet cutout of the late actor in front of the main theater.
‘Raja Marthanda’ was completed two years back itself. However, due to the demise of its lead actor Chiranjeevi Sarja, the film got further delayed and is now ready for release. Though the makers have not yet fixed a particular date, the plan is to release the film in the month of June.
Meanwhile, ‘Raja Marthanda’ producer Shivakumar has decided to erect a 101 feet cut out of Chiru along with a 51 feet cut out of his son Rayan Sarja in front of the main theater. Rayan is also a part of the film and it is his grandmother’s (Pramila Joshai) wish to see the cut out of his along with his father. The preparations for the cutout are already under progress.
Earlier, former IAS officer and actor K Shivaramu’s cutout for his debut film ‘Baa Nalle Madhuchandrake’ was also erected at the Pramod Theater (G T Mall now) in Bangalore, followed by a cutout of Dr Rajkumar in front of the Kapali theater for his last film ‘Shabdhavedhi’.
‘Raja Marthanda’ stars Chiranjeevi Sarja, Deepthi Sathi, Triveni Rao and others in prominent roles. The film is written and directed by Ramnarayan.
