Its 11 days since Sandalwood Star Puneeth Rajkumar left for the heavenly abode. The Kannada film industry as well as the people of the state is yet to come to terms that the famous actor-producer-singer is no more. Meanwhile, the 11th day ceremony of the actor was held in Bangalore.
The family members of the late actor first performed rituals at his residence and later visited the Kanteerava Studios, where Puneeth is buried. Public entry was strictly restricted and only family members and few celebrities were present during the occasion. Kollywood actor Siddarth, visited Puneeth’s burial place and paid his last respects to the actor.
Fans waited outside the Kanteerava Studios and were offered free food by Puneeth’s family. Shivarajkumar along with Srimurali distributed the food for the fans.

Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai along with his cabinet members including Murugesh Nirani, Shivarama Hebbar, Muniratna, R Ashok and others were present at his residence and paid his tributes to Puneeth Rajkumar.
Apart from politicians a host of members from film fraternity including V Ravichandran, Upendra, B Saroja Devi, Ganesh, Dhananjay, ‘Duniya’ Vijay, Sumalatha Ambarish, Abhishek Ambarish, Shruthi, Dr Jayamala, Srimurali, Doddanna and others took part in the ceremony. On Tuesday, the late actor’s family is all ready to serve food to 2000 fans in Palace Grounds in Bangalore.
